Finding conference proceedings

When looking for a conference paper (conference proceeding), check thoroughly where the conference publishes its proceedings and whether that publication is indexed by Scopus.

Scopus's website provides Conference papers selection criteria and how conference proceedings are indexed.

Conduct a Library search for conference proceedings

For conference proceedings on a topic:

  1. Go to the Library search box
  2. Enter your search terms
  3. Select Conference Proceedings under Content Type
  4. Filter by date if necessary
Search Scopus for Conference Proceedings

Search Scopus for indexed conference proceedings.

  1. Log in to access the Sources section of Scopus
  2. Enter your search terms
  3. Select Conference Proceedings under Source Type
  4. Select a year from the lookup list alongside View metrics for a year. The latest available year appears by default.
