Other materials, Websites and Cite it!
You can add items you can't find in the Library e.g weblinks or books we don't hold to your list. Library staff will check for any copyright issues which may arise with these items and try to locate and buy books for our collection. To add non-Library resources:
Click +
Click on the "Create" tab and fill in the details (*essential) and click ADD, to create your own citation. please add webpage URL "Source" for a link to show in the citation. Note: the "Drag files here" option is not currently available.
Add resources with Cite it! widget
You can add a widget to your browser to quickly add publicly available resources.
Turn on the bookmarks bar in your internet browser (Chrome is best).
1. In Leganto, click the dropdown under your name
2. Click Leganto Cite It!
3.From the pop-up window Click and drag the button to your bookmarks bar.
4.In a new tab, open the website/link to be added to the reading list.
5.Click the Cite it button on your bookmarks bar to prompt a pop-up which includes a stable link.
In this box, and fill in the details (*essential) and Add to “Collection” (you can refer to this later), or “List” to add to the list you’re working on.
Click ADD & CLOSE.
Find the item in the list, click edit, and 'set complete'
