Student call-out for Library photoshoot.

We're looking for 8 Western students to feature in an upcoming library photoshoot on Thursday 2 May at Penrith campus.

The photoshoot will capture relaxed, everyday scenes of student life in our vibrant library environment, studying in the different library spaces, using technology and taking naps in our famous Library sleep-pods.

Where will my photographs be used?

  • Photos from the shoot will be used in content promoting Western Sydney University Library in a range of channels including: Library website, digital media, posters and flyers and social media.
  • Professional photos will be taken by a university Photographer.
  • You will be required to sign the Photoshoot permission form.

What is the time and location of the photoshoot?

  • Date: Thursday 2 May
  • Location: Penrith campus Library. (WSU, Building T, Second Ave, Kingswood, 2747)
  • Time: Choose to attend the morning session or afternoon session:
    • Morning session: 9:30am-1.30pm (includes lunch break 1pm – 1.30pm)
    • Afternoon Session: 11:30am-3:30pm (includes lunch break 1pm – 1.30pm)

What do I need to wear or bring on the day?

  • Wear clothes you would normally wear to university and come as yourself.
  • Choose plain coloured clothes. No large brands or logos.
  • Bring a
    • jacket, jumper or hoodie (to change the look of your main outfit)
    • water bottle
    • student ID card
    • backpack or bag
    • uni notepad if you have one
    • your preferred university device to use as a prop (phone, laptop, tablet) *Optional
